Taking a Walk With Baby Caleb!

Hi Friends and Family,

I wanted to tell you about my wonderful baby cousin Caleb and his first stroller ride.
About three days ago on Sunday we went to the park to take Caleb for a walk. Titi Debbie, Tio Micheal, and the nurse that takes care of Caleb "Wynter" came with me. At the park I went on the
swings with Wynter. Then me and Tio Micheal ran into the sprinklers;  which I originally didn't want
to go through, but it helped cool us off. After the park we went to Twist-it. Twist-it is a frozen yogurt shop. We all got something then we went back to Titi Debbie's house and I got to hold Caleb. That was it for the day and it was a really cool day. Here are some pictures:

Swimming!

Hey friends and family,

I wanted to tell you about the swimming classes that I'm taking at the Bronx House. At the beginning of the summer I started out as a cat fish which is a level 3, but then my instructor said that I was so good that he moved me to a level 4 which is a flying fish.

Today my teaching instructor (Greg) went over the basics again, one move is called in-open-close.  Another move is called the dolphin where you move your hips up and down like a dolphin. Then my instructer took a hula-hoop and I had to jump into the hoop and into the water to help me with my dives. Then I practiced my back strokes and freestyle. Freestyle is just swimming normal. So that's all for today. Sorry about  not posting earlier,  I will post early tomorrow. Here are some pictures of me swimming:

Fabulous Parcha (Passion Fruit) & Limber de Coco Icee Recipes!

Hey family and friends:

I wanted to share two fabulous recipes today. The first one is a Parcha (passion fruit) icee and the second one is a Limber de Coco (coconut) that every one will love. Let me tell you about how we decided to make the icees! At first everyone in the house was so hot because of the weather so we turned the AC on high and got a fan to cool us and baby Caleb off. We had icees from the store but then Titi Debbie said "Wouldn't it be nice if we made icees of our own?" So we decided to make Parcha and Limber de Coco icees! Here are some pictures of us making the icees:

Here are the recipes, hope you like them:

Parcha Icee
  • Goya Frozen Parcha Pulp (freezer section)

  • Make a pitcher of parcha juice according to directions on back of parcha package. Pour the juice into icee molds, freeze and enjoy!

Baby Caleb and Me

                                  Baby Caleb and Me

My baby cousin Caleb was born December 18, 2012 in NY Presbyterian Hospital. Caleb is 7 months and 3 days. Caleb is the cutest baby ever. When Caleb was born he was a preemie and weighed 1 1/2 pounds and now Caleb weighs 10 pounds. My aunt Debbie had Caleb with my uncle Micheal. Caleb likes to cry, eat, sleep , poop, and likes carriage rides. Now Caleb is ok.
