We have been waiting to visit the Statue of Liberty for two years now, but had been unable to get tickets. This year Titi got tickets! Yay!
The day of the trip to the Statue of Liberty we had to wake up at
five in the morning. I was at my Titi Debbie’s house with my cousin Carlos who was staying over. Titi got tickets to go to the top of the crown. They
were almost sold out but she and her friend got enough for 7 people to go to the top. We had
to go on a boat to get to the Statue of Liberty because it is on an island. We got an audio tour phone that tells you the history of the statue and the island. We
went there with my cousin Carlos, my friend Christian, Titi Debbie, Tio Michael, Titi’s friend Tracy, and my grandma. I really
liked it and want to go to there again. Here are some pics:
